Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pivex. By signing in or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to them. We’ll publish a full version once we have counsel review; this short version states the basics that already apply.

Service

Pivex provides an AI phone receptionist that handles inbound calls on your behalf. We make the platform available on a recurring monthly basis under your selected plan tier.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you configure (hours, transfer numbers, prompt overrides), and for any regulatory licenses your business is required to hold. Pivex is a receptionist tool, not a substitute for licensed professionals.

Recordings

Call recordings are stored according to your retention setting and deleted after the configured window. We do not sell or share recordings or transcripts with third parties.

Termination

You may cancel any time from your billing portal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
