The numbers people ask about.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly subscription, billed in advance. Overage on minutes is billed at the end of the cycle at the per-minute rate published in your invoice. We don't charge per seat.
- What's the per-minute overage?
- Starter and Pro: $0.30/min over the included pool. Enterprise: negotiated. Most customers don't hit overage; if you do, that's a sign Pro fits better.
- Is there a free trial?
- No trial — we set up your number, walk you through a real call, and you decide. If the assistant isn't taking real calls within the first 14 days, cancel and we refund the full month.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual is two months free (so Starter is $790/yr, Pro is $1,990/yr). Same refund window applies pro-rated.
- Can I switch tiers?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
