• What does Pivex do during a call? Greets the caller, captures their intent, books a follow-up if appropriate, and transfers urgent or existing-client calls to a human.
• How do I sign in? Use Continue with Googleor enter your email and we’ll send you a one-time link.
• What if Pivex says something it shouldn’t? Locked guardrails prevent it from quoting prices, giving advice, or confirming account details. See Settings → Receptionist guardrails.
